"There no other passengers and it looks like the secret DEPORTATION"

Yes. You are indeed ready, Mr. Zotov.
And no, we DO NOT underestimate you.

And in fairness, I should mention that Anna Anthropy, American video game designer and critic, brought up the topic of outsider videogame development at the Indie Game Maker Rant at the 2010 Game Developer Conference in March of 2010, predating this article. An excerpt from that talk:
"There’s a concept in visual art called “outsider art,” a concept in music called “outsider music.” It refers to people who aren’t connected to an artistic field or its body of criticism but who create art anyway... An art that some consider to be more honest, more pure... I think games will come into their own when anyone can make a game as easily as one can type a short story or sing a song."

Those with access can watch that discussion on the GDC Vault site.

Thanks Jon. Since this post was made, Eskil has released an open alpha for LOVE. Anyone interested can get it here.

Also some new screenshots of the game are up on his site. I have a feeling that by the time the full release comes around, there will be plenty of press about this amazing game. If there is still anything left to say or show, then I'll be posting again about it.

LOVE looks fantastic. I'm scared to even call it an MMO. The game business is such a strange beast. It takes one man to create a game such as LOVE, yet hundreds of people to create yet another Warcraft clone.

Just found the site and it's bookmarked, I hope to see more coverage of interesting games here.

This was indeed a very interesting game, and had a fantastic art style. I hadn't seen the image of the entire map before. It's a shame the image is so small. You really can't see all the intricacies within that image.

Tania: I reminds me of this game I liked playing http://www.kongregate.com/games/fastgames/little-wheel

Beautiful! Yeah, the gameplay feels quite similar. Point-and-click adventure games always seem like cloudy day games to me, when you can sip some tea and take your time.

Sorry for the late comment approval... looks like I’m still getting things configured correctly.
